For the annual trend lecture on creative fashion retail spaces held at the University of Arts London, I took a closer look at the post-pandemic fashion retail landscape.

Fuelled by an ever-shrinking divide between off- and online spheres, the hot topics included brands establishing neighbourhood spaces, brand missions brought to life in experiential playgrounds, business arenas nurturing live conversations and hyper-personalisation, and brands finding purpose by re-emerging as change agents including spaces supporting their new cause.
